Scale without a plan ceiling

What happens after you send this
- 1
A reply within one business day
From a person who has read what you sent, with a proposed time, not an automated sequence.
- 2
A 30 minute discovery call
How many projects, how your sites report today, where the current process breaks. No slides.
- 3
A walkthrough on your numbers
We import one of your real BOQs and show the chain from that BOQ to a variance report.
- 4
A pilot on one live project
Four weeks, one project, your supervisors, real logging. This is the part that decides it.
- 5
A proposal you can take to procurement
Scope, price, onboarding plan and terms in writing, in the currency you pay in.
Before you ask us
The questions procurement always asks
Can you migrate the projects we are already running?+
Yes. Live projects come across as BOQ plus current progress and open commitments, with a cut-off date agreed so nothing is counted twice. Closed projects are usually imported as records rather than rebuilt.
Who can see our financial data?+
Only the roles you grant. Finance and ledger screens are permission-gated, site staff can be limited to quantities without rates, and each client login is scoped to that client own projects. Every entry carries who made it and when.
Can we get our data out again?+
Yes, in structured spreadsheet form that keeps the layouts you read on screen: BOQs, ledger entries, attendance and project reports. A full company export is available on request, and we will put that commitment in the agreement.
Do you support multiple companies under one group?+
Yes. Each company keeps its own projects, users and ledger, with no data shared across entities, and group-level people can be given access to more than one.
How do we pay if our revenue is not in USD?+
Local invoicing and bank transfer are available, with PKR billing for firms in Pakistan. Tell us the invoice format your accounts team needs and we will match it.
How long does an enterprise rollout take?+
A four week pilot on one live project, then a quarter to move the portfolio across is the realistic shape for most firms. Rolling out everything at once is the pattern that fails.
