Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nuvailo platform (including nuvailo.com, subdomains, mobile applications, and associated APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or contractor entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2. Workspace License & Permitted Use
Subject to your subscription tier and payment of applicable fees, Nuvailo grants your firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ERP and CRM modules for your internal construction management operations, including:
- Estimating, BOQ imported workbooks, and variation orders.
- Site supervisor logs, attendance capture, and mobile photo auditing.
- Double-entry project ledger accounting and cash flow tracking.
- Client collaboration and subcontractor job tracking.
3. Subscription, Billing & Currency
Nuvailo offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance. We support international billing in USD as well as localized invoicing in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank wire transfer. If an account exceeds its tier limits, Nuvailo will notify the administrator to upgrade rather than abruptly disrupting ongoing job sites.
4. Data Sovereignty & Security
You retain all rights, title, and interest in your project records and financial figures. Nuvailo employs industry-standard safeguards, including automated daily backups, encrypted secrets management, and role-based access scoping to protect your information against unauthorized access.
5. Service Level & Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Support requests can be submitted via the in-app Support Desk (/support) or via email to [email protected]. Critical issues are prioritized with direct engineer review.
