Plans, limits and billing
How plan limits behave, what happens when you reach one, how annual billing works, and how to pay in local currency.
Plans are limited by active projects and team members, not by features you might need one day.
What happens at a limit
- Nothing is deleted, hidden or made read-only.
- You are prompted to upgrade when you try to add beyond the limit.
- Existing projects and users keep working exactly as before.
- Archiving a completed project frees an active project slot.
Active means running. Archived projects stay fully readable and exportable and do not count toward the limit.
Annual billing
Annual is ten months paid for twelve months of service, on any plan. Monthly stays flexible: upgrade, downgrade or cancel at the end of any month.
Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.
Paying in local currency
Prices are listed in USD. Local billing by bank transfer is available for firms in Pakistan, with PKR equivalents shown on the pricing page. Contact sales to set it up, and ask for an invoice format your accounts team can file.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for firms that need unlimited projects and users, custom configuration, dedicated onboarding or specific commercial terms. Pricing is quoted per firm. See the contact sales page.
